Goodwin Malatesta are very pleased to welcome Joe Hope to our team. Joe brings considerable experience and expertise of drafting complex bills of costs.
Before joining us he worked as a senior costs draftsman at one of the UK’s largest law firms drafting and negotiating costs in high value and highly complex civil litigation. He has a full understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and case law and in his previous role he was responsible for the training and supervision of junior staff. Joe not only brings extensive legal costs recovery expertise but also an extensive understanding and knowledge of drafting new electronic bills of costs and dealing with their assessment.
