Malcolm Goodwin is a Costs Lawyer and Fellow member of the Association of Costs Lawyers with over twenty five years experience in the legal costs sector.
He has assisted and advised on a wide range of legal costs issues and acts for a variety of clients ranging from individuals through to major institutions in the litigation funding sector.
Malcolm specialises in the recovery and payment of costs in civil actions and costs recovery in criminal cases. He has provided advocacy in many detailed assessments in County Courts, Senior Court Costs Office, Privy Council and in various Tribunal proceedings. He is also an accredited trainer of the Association of Costs Lawyers and conducts seminars on various aspects of legal costs and in particular the forthcoming Jackson reforms.
Malcolm is married to Jacqueline with two daughters and in his spare time he enjoys playing badminton and for his sins he supports Leyton Orient Football Club.
